  Janus Collections is a fast growing collections firm based in Charleston, SC. We are currently hiring virtual collectors to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, customer service, and analytic skills.

  Skills Required:
  • Previous collection experience required (at least 3 months)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working on a dialer
  • Must be self motivated
  • Ability to multi-task (ex: talking on phone and using computer)

  Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  Technical Requirements:
  • Computer with Internet
  • Browser-Chrome
  • Operating System- Windows 7 or newer
  • USB headset with noise-cancelling (you will be reimbursed up to the amount of our preferred headset if one is not already owned)
