U.S. Collections West, Inc. was established in 1986 and is owned and operated by Donald Darnell. We are a small to mid-sized agency specializing in commercial and residential property management collections. For the past twenty-four (26) years, we have serviced hundreds of clients such as Credit Unions, Banks, Medical Providers, Contractors, Attorneys, as well as individual dealings. We operate on a contingency basis. Our company reports all accounts to the credit bureau after thirty (35) days of placement in most cases. We are proud members of the Better Business Bureau, ACA International, and Arizona Multi-Housing Association.
